Double chocolate cake

Bottom dark chocolate cake top is milk chocolate, filling is chocolate mousse with a white chocolate ring.

The cakes is not iced or decorated yet.

Sticky chocolate cake

Sticky chocolate cake with chunks of white chocolate. Chewey edges and bottom, soft and sticky inside with crispy top.

Pink Cupcake!

Yoghurt chocolate filled vanilla cupcake, with pink vanilla frosting :) Sprinkled purple sugar.

SWEDISH CHRISTMAS!

Swedish christmas we have ham with a cover of mustard and breadcrumbs, eggs with mayo, shrimp and dill, beet salad spicy bread, small sausuges, and ofcourse swedish meatballs, and so much more, but this year I mixed it up and also had Canadian christmas food, wich was very popular!

I used to work at coldstone creamery a while back as a icecream maker, This I made from a order, its a cheesecake icecream in bottom mixed in some fresh raspberries, middle layer its a moist yellow cake, top layer is strawberry icecream with graham cracker crust, topped with raspberry frosting and raspberries. You can get these at coldstone creamery.

Swedish Sandwish cake 2

This is a Swedish tradition, it usully have seafood on it like smoked salmon and shrimps, it has a taste to a creamy herb filling with jucy citrus bread. These cakes also have a high price in sweden beacuse its just so good! Its mostly eaten in the summers for parties and events.

This is my first cake with chocolate cake and chocolate frosting, topped with vanilla frosting roses. It was REALLY GOOD, but looked like it was my first attempt! :)

This is a vanilla almond cake stuffed with fresh strawberries and almonds, cake is coverd in almond paste, and coverd with chocolate, topped with a strawberry flower.
